خەڵکی ھیند مەبەست لێی دانیشتووان و ھەڵگرانی ھاووڵاتینامەی ھیندستانە، خەڵکی ھیند بە دووەم گەورەترین دانیشتووانی جیھان دادەنرێن، ھیندییەکان ١٧٫٥٪ دانیشتووانی جیھان پێکدێنن و زیاتر ئەوانە دەگرێتەوە کە لە وڵاتی ھیندستانن نەوەک کۆمەڵەیەک لەسەر بنەمای نەژاد یان زمان دیاریکرابن بەھۆی کۆچکردنیانەوە، بەشێکی زۆر لە دانیشتووانی ھیند لە وڵاتانی دوورە کیشوەرن لە ئاسیا، ئەمریکای باکوور، ئەورووپا، وڵاتانی کاریبی، ئۆقیانووس و ئەفریقان، لە ئێستادا خەڵکی ھیند ئەوانە دەگرێتەوە کە سەر بە کۆماری ھیندستانن، بەر لە وەرگرتنی سەربەخۆیی ھیندستان لە ساڵی ١٩٤٧ ئەوا ڕووبەرێکی زۆرتری دەگرتەوە کە ئێستا بووەتە خاکی وڵاتانی پاکستان و بەنگلادێش.[٢٨][٢٩]
لە کەنەدا، ئەمریکا و کاریبی زۆرجار بە خەڵکی ھیند دەوترێت ھیندی ئاسیایی یان ھیندی ڕۆژھەڵاتی ئەمەش بۆ جیاکردنەوەیانە لە خەڵکی ڕەسەنی ئەو وڵاتانە کە ئەوانیش بەشێوەی بەربڵاو پێیان دەوترێت ھیندییەکان.
