بھیمرۆ ڕامجی ئامبەدکار (بە ھیندی: भीमराव रामजी आंबेडकर؛ بە ئینگلیزی: Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar) سیاسەتوان، چالاکوان و ئابوورناسی ھیندی بوو کە گرنگییەکی تایبەتی لە مێژووی ھیندی سەدەی بیستەمدا ھەیە. ئەو، لەگەڵ کەسانێک وەک گاندی و تاگۆر، بە یەکێک لە کەسایەتییە دامەزرێنەرە گرنگەکانی ھیندی دوای ئیستیعمار دادەنرێت. ئامبەدکار لە نووسینەوەی دەستووری کۆماری ھینددا ڕۆڵی سەرەکیی ھەبوو و یەکەم وەزیری یاسا و دادی ھیندی سەربەخۆ بوو. ھەروەھا کاریگەرییەکی زۆری لەسەر بزووتنەوەی دالیت لە ھینددا بوو کە داوای مافی بەرابەری بۆ ھەمووی کاستەکانی ھیند، بەتایبەت کاستی ژێرچەوساوەی دالیت، دەکرد.^[١] ئامبەدکار خۆی لە کاستی دالیت بوو. بۆ ڕووبەڕووبوونەوەی سیستەمی کاست لە ئاخری عومریدا دەستبەرداری ئایینی ھیندوویزم بوو و چووە سەر ئایینی بوودا.^[٢]
