ڤاغارشاپات (بە ئەرمەنی: Վաղարշապատ) چوارەمین گەورەترین شارە لە ئەرمینیا و پڕ دانیشتووانترین کۆمەڵگەی شارەوانییە لە پارێزگای ئارماڤیر کە دەکەوێتە نزیکەی ١٨ کم (١١ میل) لە ڕۆژاوای یەریڤانی پایتەخت، و ١٠ کم (٦ میل) لە باکووری سنووری داخراوی تورکیا و ئەرمینیا. بەگشتی بە ئێجمیاتسین ناسراوە کە ناوی فەرمی بوو لە نێوان ساڵانی ١٩٤٥ بۆ ١٩٩٥.^[١] تا ئێستاش بە شێوەیەکی باو بە شێوەی ئاخاوتنی و لە بیرۆکراسی فەرمیدا بەکاردەھێنرێت.^[٢] ئەم شارە بە شوێنی کاتدراڵی ئێچمیادزین و کۆشکی دایکی ئێچمیادزینی پیرۆز ناسراوە کە ناوەندی کەنیسەی نێردراوی ئەرمەنییە. بەم شێوەیە لە سەرچاوە ڕۆژاوایییەکان بە شێوەیەکی نافەرمی بە «شارێکی پیرۆز» ناسراوە^[٣]^[٤] یەکێک بوو لە شارە گەورەکان و پایتەختی ئەرمینیای گەورەی کۆن بوو.^[٥] لە سەرەتای سەدەی بیستەمدا بچووککرایەوە بۆ شارۆچکەیەکی بچووک، لە سەردەمی سۆڤیەتدا فراوانبوونی گەورەی بەخۆیەوە بینی و بە شێوەیەکی کاریگەر بوو بە گەڕەکێکی یەریڤان.^[٦]^[٧] ژمارەی دانیشتووانەکەی بە پشتبەستن بە خەمڵاندنی ساڵی ٢٠١٦ کەمێک زیاتر لە ٣٧ ھەزار کەسە.
