  • In front of the Capitol:
  • (Lower left of photo) The massive gray block is the Library's Madison Bldg.
  • Behind the Madison Bldg and to the left of the Capitol are the three House Office Buildings.
  • (Right of photo) To the right of the Capitol and Supreme Court, the pair of rectangular buildings with pale-blue roofs and inner courtyards are the Senate Office Buildings. Together with the House offices, they are the congressional office buildings.
