This image is used to illustrate a major supporting character in a major TV show, The Simpsons, and is used to illustrate what the character of Montgomery Burns looks like in the article Montgomery Burns. Words could not even come close to describing what this character looks like. This image was released as a publicity photo from the website [1], an official Fox publicity photo site, and as such should not hamper 20th Century Fox's ability to use or sell this image.
